If you find it necessary to return or exchange merchandise the following procedure MUST be followed.
Packages returned to us by carrier as refused, unclaimed, or ordering error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- You must call customer service for return authorization number.
- Please have invoice number and stock number ready before calling.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Credit will not be issued to your account without a Return Autorization number.
- A 15% Restocking fee will apply for all Returns without a Authorization number.
- All returning merchandise must be returned in NEW condition within 15 Days of Sale.
